Job summary

Tessero is seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to support a major organizational transformation in Denmark. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing complex people-related changes while ensuring compliance with Danish employment law and supporting senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading HR workstreams, advising on HR risk, managing redundancies and employee transfers, and coordinating with legal advisors and employer organizations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading HR transformation, restructuring, or organizational change programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law.
• Experience managing redundancy processes, workforce reductions, consultations, and employee transfers.
• Proven project management skills within complex HR initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in confidential and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR workstreams related to organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
• Advise project leadership on Danish employment law and HR risk.
• Support workforce transition activities, including potential redundancies, employee transfers, and organizational redesign.
• Coordinate due diligence activities to ensure compliance with Danish regulations and employment obligations.
• Develop and maintain detailed HR project plans, governance structures, and implementation timelines.
• Prepare documentation, employee communications, consultation materials, and stakeholder presentations.
• Manage coordination with external parties, including legal advisors and relevant employer organizations.
• Support leadership teams during consultation and implementation phases.
