Job summary

HAVI Denmark is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Vejle to drive HR strategy and day-to-day operations in a dynamic, international environment.

You will lead HR processes, act as local SuccessFactors owner, and collaborate with global HR colleagues to enhance data quality, reporting, and system adoption. The role requires Danish law knowledge and strong communication in Danish and English. Willingness to work from the Ishøj DC as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field and 3+ years in a broad HRBP/HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with an HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, incl. reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coach managers on HR topics including policies, employment law, people management, and organizational development.
• Own and continuously improve core People processes, including performance management, talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, and feedback cycles.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on employment terms, internal policies, and HR-related matters.
• Act as the local super user and HR owner of SuccessFactors HRIS, providing guidance and support to managers while ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors, identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the manager and employee experience.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support business and people decisions.
• Facilitate talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Manage absence administration and related reporting.
• Collaborate with international HR colleagues on global HR initiatives, best practices, and system enhancements.
