Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate business plans into people plans and drive the business and people agenda with management teams.
• Lead organizational transformation and capability development.
• Coach and support managers on organizational effectiveness.
• Drive change, performance and talent management and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
• Advocate for Alfa Laval culture, build leadership pipelines and enhance employee engagement.
• Leverage the HR operating model and ensure legal and local compliance.
