Job summary

Siemens Energy in Ballerup, Denmark is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape decisions and drive the People Agenda across our regional locations. You will partner with leaders and an experienced HR team to deliver people solutions within a global matrix environment.

The role covers organizational development, workforce planning, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, change management and employee relations, with a flexible model allowing remote work up to two days

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, psychology or law or related field.
• 5+ years as HRBP in international or matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Danish labour law and employee relations advisory.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive local and regional People Agenda with leaders.
• Build advisory relationships through coaching on leadership and HR topics.
• Coach managers on absence, conduct, performance, policy and difficult conversations.
• Shape talent and leadership agenda via reviews, succession, development and engagement.
• Lead HR processes including merit, performance and pay structures.
• Work across HR operating model to turn data into insights.
• Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects and change management.
