Job summary

Vattenfall in Denmark is seeking a People Services & Country Advisor in Kolding to combine hands-on HR expertise with knowledge of Danish employment law. You will operate where local requirements meet global HR processes, supporting standardized services across the group.

The role involves advising employees and managers, preparing contracts, supporting payroll and benefits, ensuring data quality in SAP, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and driving process simplification and digitalization.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within HR Operations or a similar environment
• Good knowledge of Danish employment legislation
• Confident communication in Danish and English across teams and countries
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is an advantage
• Interest in using AI to simplify and improve HR processes
• Experience working with blue-collar employees and Danish trade unions preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to employees, managers and HR colleagues
• Prepare contracts, amendments and other employment documentation
• Support payroll, time registration, pension and benefits processes
• Ensure high-quality employee data and work with SAP, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
• Improve HR processes and identify opportunities for simplification, digitalization and automation
• Collaborate with colleagues across Denmark and our international People organization
• Develop and deliver relevant HR training to employees, managers and HR Business Partners
