Job summary

AutoProff in Vejle is seeking a Senior Business Partner / Head of Commercial FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across Commercial, Operations, Finance, BI/Data and Product & Tech. You will report to the CFO with a dotted line to Group FP&A at Autonex in Munich, shaping how we allocate resources and monitor profitability.

You will partner with management, drive planning cycles, and ensure data-driven decisions across Europe-wide operations.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in financial analysis and performance management.
Strong financial modelling skills and ownership of budgets and forecasts.
Commercial mindset to understand profitability drivers.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
Experience with BI and reporting tools.
Fluency in Danish and English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Make performance understandable by linking results to KPIs.
Support commercial decisions on pricing and profitability.
Own planning and forecasting including annual budget and monthly forecasts.
Keep plans on track by monitoring costs, headcount and investments.
Provide focused reporting and analysis for reviews with Management Team and Board.
Improve data and automate reporting to reduce manual work and deliver actionable insights.
