IT Operations Lead – Denmark (Travel to Munich)

Job summary

AutoProff, based in Vejle, Denmark, seeks an IT Administrator to own daily IT operations, support colleagues, manage devices, networks and security, and drive improvements. The role covers end-to-end asset lifecycle, scalability, and automation, with occasional travel to AutoScout24’s Munich HQ.

You will work in a dynamic, informal environment, liaising with the Employee Tech team and ensuring a high-quality IT experience for staff across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT administration, support or a similar role.
• Solid experience with IT systems, networks, system security and IT administration.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Jamf, Intune, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including AD, SSO and MFA.
• Knowledge of network technologies including routers, VPN and Wi‑Fi, ideally with Cisco.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operation activities and provide user support with incidents and change requests.
• Administrate and support end-user devices, SaaS and on-premises applications, and network equipment.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, budgeting, setup and decommissioning.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent threats.
• Upgrade, install and configure hardware and software to meet objectives.
• Document processes, back up and archive data; develop data retrieval procedures.
• Design end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Travel occasionally to other locations and AutoScout24 HQ in Munich.
