Job summary

AutoProff in Vejle, Denmark, is seeking a Head of Commercial FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the business. You will own planning processes, partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, BI/Data and Product & Tech to shape opportunities and guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience working with financial analysis and business performance in a commercially complex environment.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience taking ownership of budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
• A commercial mindset and the curiosity to understand how customers, products and operations affect profitability.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including the confidence to question assumptions and offer a different perspective.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools, and an interest in making reporting more reliable and less manual.
• Professional fluency in Danish and English. German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make performance understandable by connecting financial results with operational KPIs and explain drivers of changes.
• Support commercial decisions on pricing, profitability, models and investments.
• Own planning and forecasting, lead budgets and monthly forecasts with clear assumptions.
• Keep plans on track by following costs, headcount and investments and challenging assumptions.
• Bring clarity to management discussions with focused reporting for stakeholders and the Board.
• Improve data workflows by automating reporting and reducing manual work.
