Job summary

JELD-WEN Denmark is seeking a results-driven Head of FP&A to lead finance in the Danish organisation, strengthening the quality and credibility of financial information while turning FP&A into a proactive business partner for operations and sales.

You will manage monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting for Denmark, oversee the P&L and balance sheet, and develop forward-looking analysis. The role covers Herning and Sønder Felding, with regular presence across sites in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A background with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and business partnering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and in leading a small FP&A team.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the Danish organisation.
• Maintain oversight of the Danish P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Ensure the quality, transparency and credibility of financial information.
• Explain financial developments and the drivers behind them to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP requirements.
• Act as financial partner to operations, manufacturing and sales leaders.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead, develop and support two FP&A Analysts.
• Improve and simplify recurring reporting and FP&A processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and strengthen dashboards.
