TDC Brands in Copenhagen is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support sound financial decision-making across the OneTech division. You will collaborate with senior leaders, coordinate budgeting, and shape forecasts to drive performance.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support business cases, and provide timely month-end reporting while maintaining clear communication with diverse audiences. This role emphasizes collaboration and proactive impact.

Formación

• Three years of experience in finance, business partnering or similar.
• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships across functions and seniority levels.
• Clear communication of complex financial topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, proactive and collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate budgeting and planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain CAPEX and OPEX forecasts, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Help prepare business cases to ensure TDC Brands execute on the right projects.
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, including performance analysis and management commentary.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support on strategic and operational topics.
• Challenge assumptions constructively and help stakeholders make financially sound decisions.
