BESTSELLER E-commerce seeks a Finance Business Partner in Aarhus, Denmark. You will bridge finance and commercial decisions, partnering with E-commerce, brands, and markets to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You will own performance follow-up, budgets, and forecasts while shaping strategic investment decisions. The role emphasizes standardisation, automation, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Several years of experience within finance, controlling, audit or a similar field.
Experience with financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting and performance follow-up in a complex organisation.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Acting as a proactive sparring partner for the E-commerce business on both strategy and operations.
Owning financial performance follow-up for your area, including month-end, forecasts and budget.
Translating financial data into clear insights that support decision-making across our brands.
Supporting and improving finance processes and ways of working.
Ensuring finance contributes directly to business impact, not just reporting the numbers.
