Job summary

TDC Brands is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the OneTech division in Copenhagen. You will partner with senior leaders, lead budgeting and forecasting, and drive CAPEX/OPEX planning with clear financial insights.

With five+ years in finance and a degree in finance, economics or business administration, you will translate data into strategic recommendations and support high-stakes decisions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in finance, business partnering, controlling or similar roles.
• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships across functions and levels.
• Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate budgeting and planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain CAPEX and OPEX forecasts with key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Lead preparation of business cases to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Deliver accurate month-end reporting with performance analysis and commentary.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support on strategic topics.
• Challenge assumptions and help stakeholders make financially sound decisions.
