Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience in finance, business partnering, controlling or similar role.
• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Clear communication of complex financial topics to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate budgeting and planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain CAPEX and OPEX forecasts, identifying drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Lead preparation of business cases to ensure timely execution of priority projects.
• Deliver accurate month-end reporting, including performance analysis and management commentary.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support on strategic and operational topics.
• Challenge assumptions to help stakeholders make financially sound decisions.
