Job summary

TDC Brands in Denmark is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the OneTech division. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive sound financial decision-making, combining analytical rigor with strong stakeholder management and business understanding.

In this role you will lead budgeting, CAPEX and OPEX forecasting, create business cases, provide timely month-end reporting, and translate financial data into actionable insights that support value creation.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in finance, business partnering, controlling or a similar role.
• Degree in finance, economics, or business administration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate budgeting and planning processes.
• Prepare CAPEX and OPEX forecasts with drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Help prepare business cases for projects.
• Deliver month-end reporting with performance analysis and commentary.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support on strategic topics.
• Challenge assumptions and support financially sound decisions.
