Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes.
• Own month-end close, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with site finance heads and functions (S&OP, Commercial, Global Finance).
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership to drive improvements.
