Job summary

C-Leanship As in Denmark is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. You will own the numbers, drive the month-end close, and partner with the business to improve financial performance.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years in finance, ERP experience (Business Central preferred), and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required; Danish is a plus. Hybrid work with HQ in Køge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a finance role.
• Experience with ERP systems; Business Central is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data mindset.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus but not required.
• Capable of working in a fast-moving, international organisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive month-end closing with data integrity.
• Optimise working capital, cash flow, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure VAT and statutory reporting compliance.
• Lead forecasting and financial planning.
• Deliver financial insights that support business decisions.
• Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders across departments.
• Utilise AI tools to improve finance processes and systems.
