KOMPAN is seeking a strategic Head of Finance Business Partnering & Business Intelligence to strengthen financial decision support and performance management across the Group. Based at the Group HQ in Odense, you will connect Group Finance, Management, HQ, local Finance teams and IT to enable better decisions and scalable growth.

Formación

• Proven experience leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
• Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead planning, forecasting and performance management in a complex organisation.
• Experience developing management reporting, KPIs, BI and analytics to support decision-making.
• Ability to develop and challenge business cases, assumptions, financial impacts and risks.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders, IT and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Group FP&A agenda, including budgeting, forecasting, target setting and performance follow-up across Sales entities, HQ functions and Supply Chain.
• Act as a trusted Finance partner to selected HQ functions and Group Management, providing insight, constructive challenge and recommendations that support performance and value creation.
• Develop relevant financial and operational KPIs and ensure consistent, forward-looking management information.
• Serve as Finance lead or partner on Group-wide initiatives within areas such as cost optimisation, productivity, investments and Net Working Capital.
• Own and develop the Group Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap, lead the BI team and set clear priorities for reporting, analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
• Drive simplification, standardisation and automation across reporting, analytics and selected Finance processes.
