FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Denmark is seeking a Group FP&A Lead to shape performance across the organization. You will own budgeting, rolling forecasting, and KPI tracking, translating strategy into numbers for senior leadership.

This global role requires partnering with Commercial, Operations, and Tech leaders, building driver-based models, preparing board materials, and driving forecast accuracy while strengthening data and reporting foundations at the Hillerød site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proven FP&A experience in multi-entity or fast-paced settings.
• Experience with planning and BI tools and board reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the group budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles across units.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Build driver-based models and what-if analyses for strategic decisions.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into numbers and action.
• Prepare boards and exec materials: dashboards, cash flow outlooks, risks.
• Improve close-to-forecast discipline and forecast accuracy.
• Strengthen data/reporting foundations and automate recurring reports.
• Support investment cases, pricing, and unit economics.
• Coach and elevate the finance team's analytical toolkit.
