KOMPAN is seeking a strategic Head of Finance Business Partnering & Business Intelligence based at our Group HQ in Odense, Denmark. You will strengthen financial decision support, performance management and business intelligence across the Group, connecting Group Finance, HQ, local finance teams and IT to enable scalable growth.

You will lead a four-person team, drive FP&A, analytics and BI initiatives, develop KPIs and reporting, and partner with senior leaders to translate insights

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Group FP&A agenda, including budgeting, forecasting, target setting and performance follow-up across Sales, HQ and Supply Chain.
• Act as a trusted Finance partner to HQ functions and Group Management, providing insight and recommendations.
• Develop financial and operational KPIs and ensure forward-looking management information.
• Serve as Finance lead on Group-wide initiatives in cost optimisation, productivity, investments and Net Working Capital.
• Own and develop the Group BI strategy and roadmap, lead the BI team and prioritise reporting, analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
• Drive simplification, standardisation and automation across reporting, analytics and Finance processes.

Lead financial decision support and business performance

As Head of Finance Business Partnering & Business Intelligence, you will strengthen financial decision support, performance management and business intelligence across the KOMPAN Group.

Based at our Group HQ, you will connect Group Finance, Management, HQ functions, local Finance teams and IT to support better decisions and scalable growth.

You will lead a team of four working across BI development and Finance Business Partnering, driving Group FP&A, analytics and strategic financial initiatives.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Lead the Group FP&A agenda, including budgeting, forecasting, target setting and performance follow-up across Sales entities, HQ functions and Supply Chain.

• Act as a trusted Finance partner to selected HQ functions and Group Management, providing insight, constructive challenge and recommendations that support performance and value creation.

• Develop relevant financial and operational KPIs and ensure consistent, forward-looking management information.

• Serve as Finance lead or partner on Group-wide initiatives within areas such as cost optimisation, productivity, investments and Net Working Capital.

• Own and develop the Group Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap, lead the BI team and set clear priorities for reporting, analytics and AI-enabled decision support.

• Drive simplification, standardisation and automation across reporting, analytics and selected Finance processes.

You understand how strategy, financial performance, operational KPIs and business intelligence must connect, and you can translate complex information into clear priorities and actionable decision support. You build trust across functions while also providing the constructive challenge needed to improve performance.

We also imagine that you have:

• Proven experience leading and developing a team of finance professionals.

• Strong experience within Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, performance management or a comparable finance leadership role.

• Proven ability to lead planning, forecasting and performance management in a complex organisation.

• Experience developing management reporting, KPIs, business intelligence and analytics that support decision-making.

• Ability to develop and challenge business cases, assumptions, financial impacts, risks and expected returns.

• Experience collaborating effectively with senior leaders, Finance, IT and cross-functional stakeholders.

• A structured improvement mindset with the ability to simplify, standardise and automate processes.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to create ownership, transparency and accountability across the organisation.
