FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Denmark is seeking a Group FP&A Lead to shape performance, guide strategic decisions, and elevate financial rigor. You will build forecasting frameworks, partner with leaders, and drive continuous improvement in a growth-focused environment.

You’ll own budgeting and rolling forecasts, lead monthly reviews with KPI tracking, and create driver-based models to inform resource allocation. This global role is based at the Hillerød site in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in finance, or advanced degree.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Ability to build driver-based models and perform what-if analyses.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own group budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles across units.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with variance analysis.
• Build driver-based models and scenario analyses.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into numbers.
• Prepare board and executive materials.
• Enhance FP&A processes and governance.
• Support investment cases and capital allocation.
• Coach finance team’s analytical toolkit.
