You will partner with cross-functional leaders, transform data into strategic insights, and drive improvements as we expand globally, contributing to broader finance strategies and improving cost control.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Finance Partnering, FP&A or Business Controlling.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for global objectives.
• Drive the global budget process and month-end reporting with leadership.
• Collaborate with heads of site Finance and cross-functional areas (S&OP, Commercial, Global Finance).
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Prepare reports and business cases, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Champion improvements to financial systems, tools, and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
