TotalEnergies Upstream Danmark in Copenhagen is seeking a Cost Controller & SAP Coordinator to drive cost control, budgeting, and SAP operations. You will link finance processes with ERP data to enable informed decisions.

The role demands hands-on SAP expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive improvement mindset. You will work in a dynamic Finance team, supporting budgeting, reporting, and system stability while contributing to a holistic view of costs across divisions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance in a large organization.
Knowledge and experience in SAP CO, BW, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Good understanding of SAP modules MM, SD, FI/CO, asset.

Responsibilities

Drive cost control for divisions within TotalEnergies Upstream Danmark.
Prepare budgets and forecasting; ensure data integration with consolidated budget.
Monitor time-writing and ensure timely cost reporting and accruals.
Create monthly division reports and perform cost analysis.
Manage SAP incidents, resolutions, testing, and training.
Develop user guides and support SAP change control procedures.
