Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Solutions A/S is the Danish subsidiary of ST Engineering, a global technology, defence, and engineering group. The Business Controller will bridge finance and operations, driving data-driven decisions and profitability through SAP/BI data.

You will lead month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives across the organisation in a production and service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Business Controller role.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, forecasting.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for operations and management.
• Experience from an international group and cross-border collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business controlling and support for management decision-making.
• Month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop Excel KPI models and analyses using SAP data sources.
• Collaborate with operations to improve profitability and performance.
