Job summary

Spring Family ApS is seeking a Financial Controller to closely collaborate with the business and drive development projects. You will take ownership of finance processes, provide financial sparring across the group, and contribute to annual financial statements within a dynamic, multi-unit environment.

The role requires a finance/economics degree (cand.merc. or HD) and experience in a similar position, with ERP and Power BI/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance/economics (cand.merc. or HD).
• Experience in a similar Financial Controller role or auditor/consultant.
• Experience with ERP systems; strong Power BI and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own controlling and financial follow-up across multiple units.
• Prepare monthly reporting and participate in forecasting and budgeting.
• Automate and optimize finance processes focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Prepare audit materials and contribute to annual financial statements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and report to CFO and management.
• Advise and spar with colleagues in the finance department.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across the group.
• Support development and strengthening of internal controls and processes.
