Job summary

Elcor Group in Denmark seeks a skilled Controller to strengthen financial management and drive improvements across reporting and analyses. You will report, control, and contribute to development projects that create insights and optimise processes in the finance function.

Relevant financial education such as cand.merc.aud., HD(R), or cand.oecon.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Structured, analytical work style with eye for detail and big-picture thinking.
Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (Business Central/Navision).

Responsibilities

Preparing and developing ongoing reporting and analyses that ensure transparency in the company's financial performance
Identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation
Implementing best practices to ensure the finance function works professionally and efficiently
Participating in development projects and analyses in close collaboration with the organisation
Ongoing controlling and reconciliations
Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
Hands‑on tasks in connection with month‑end closing
