• Relevant financial education such as cand.merc.aud., HD(R), or cand.oecon.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Structured, analytical work style with eye for detail and big-picture thinking.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (Business Central/Navision).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and developing ongoing reporting and analyses that ensure transparency in the company's financial performance
• Identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation
• Implementing best practices to ensure the finance function works professionally and efficiently
• Participating in development projects and analyses in close collaboration with the organisation
• Ongoing controlling and reconciliations
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Hands‑on tasks in connection with month‑end closing
