Job summary

TotalEnergies Upstream Danmark in Copenhagen is seeking a Cost Controller & SAP Coordinator to strengthen the finance team. You will drive cost control across divisions, prepare budgets, monitor time-keeping, and ensure timely cost data for closures while collaborating with business owners.

The SAP Coordinator part requires resolving incidents, testing fixes, supporting upgrades, and enforcing SAP procedures. Applicants should have SAP CO/BW experience, PowerBI skills, and strong English.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance, ideally in a large organization.
Knowledge and experience in SAP (CO, BW), preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
Good understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, asset.
Strong skills in PowerBI, PowerAutomate and Excel.
Proficiency in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

Drive efficient cost control of specific divisions and assist the business owner with optimal cost allocation.
Prepare budget and closing forecasts; ensure data integration with the consolidated budget.
Monitor time-writing and ensure timely completion of timesheets and accruals.
Prepare monthly division reports and provide cost analysis vs. budget.
Oversee third-party expenditures and approve Purchase Requisitions, Orders, and Invoices.
Coordinate RFS with customers and monitor hours and costs for accurate allocations.
Follow up RFS status, identify variances, and propose corrections.
Develop SAP-related documentation, train staff, and enforce change control.
