Maersk is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Lead for Government & Defence across Europe to accelerate growth through opportunities, solution design and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to shape tailored logistics solutions and lead complex bids.

Qualifications

5+ years of Government & Defence logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, bids and tenders, business development or related commercial functions
Proven track record of developing and winning complex business opportunities
Experience within Government & Defence, Defence Logistics, Security or related sectors is highly desired
Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management and integrated transportation
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and senior customer relationships

Responsibilities

Pursue new business opportunities across Government & Defence.
Develop and execute growth strategies across key European markets.
Support commercial engagements as the expert, from opportunity identification through contract award.
