Job summary

BORG Automotive is looking for an Account Manager in Silkeborg to lead daily and proactive communication with our UK and Ireland customers, aligning with the Sales Manager and Regional Manager.

You will build lasting relationships, coordinate customer-related activities, and contribute to our commercial growth in two strategic markets, while reporting to the Head of Account Management in a collaborative, flat-structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Manage proactive day-to-day customer communication and ensure a consistently high level of service
• Support the Sales Manager with daily operational and commercial activities
• Prepare reports, analyses, and customer-relevant statistics
• Manage complex ad hoc assignments, projects, and internal customer-related coordination
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the organisation
• Participate in trade fairs and customer visits, both online and in person
