Qualifications

• Experience in customer support and order management.
• Ability to handle claims and generate reports.
• Strong communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and claims.
• Respond to inquiries by email and phone.
• Prepare reports and customer statistics.
• Support Account Management colleagues with daily tasks.
• Handle recurring administrative duties and ad hoc assignments.
