Job summary

BORG Automotive is looking for an Account Manager in Silkeborg to lead daily and proactive communication with our UK and Ireland customers, aligning with the Sales Manager and Regional Manager.

You will build lasting relationships, coordinate customer-related activities, and contribute to our commercial growth in two strategic markets, while reporting to the Head of Account Management in a collaborative, flat-structured environment.

Following the promotion of one of our talented Account Managers, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Silkeborg. At BORG Automotive, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

Your Role

As our new Account Manager, you will be responsible for the daily and proactive communication with our existing customers in the UK and Ireland.

You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to provide a consistently high level of customer support and contribute to our commercial activities in two strategically important growth markets.

In close cooperation with the Sales Manager and Regional Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, coordinating customer-related activities, and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

You will report directly to the Head of Account Management.

You will join a collaborative working environment with a flat organisational structure, where initiative is encouraged, your contribution matters, and learning and development are priorities.
