Job summary

JYSK seeks an Outbound Planning Manager at our Aarhus head office to lead a small specialist team and shape store replenishment planning across markets. You will set the strategic direction for Outbound Planning, ensuring plans translate into strong operational results and scalable processes.

You will work with senior stakeholders in Purchasing, Logistics and Sales to optimise product availability and drive end-to-end supply chain improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience or readiness to take a leadership role.
• Solid experience in supply chain management and store replenishment planning.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two specialists and define the direction for Outbound Planning.
• Align Outbound Planning with overall supply chain and business goals.
• Ensure optimal product availability across stores while tracking KPIs.
• Engage in S&OP processes with key stakeholders to balance supply and demand.
• Own replenishment performance including service levels and forecast alignment.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive process and system improvements.
• Collaborate across Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Sales and Commercial teams.
