Job summary

Actona Group is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to ensure the right products are available across our international supply chain. You will own demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory performance for our warehouse assortment, collaborating with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations and IT.

Based in Tvis, Holstebro with travel to Poland and Lithuania, you will apply data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy and optimize stock levels in a dynamic, cross-functional

Qualifications

Experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
Experience with data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, data, and business input.
Plan and follow up on replenishment activities and open purchase orders.
Monitor inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy, and key planning KPIs.
Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities across demand and supply planning.
Support continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and data quality.
