Job summary

JYSK is seeking an Outbound Planning Manager at our Aarhus Head Office to lead a two-person team and shape the direction of Outbound Planning. You will ensure strong replenishment planning across markets, aligning with strategic supply chain goals and driving operational excellence through data-driven decisions.

You will influence S&OP processes, collaborate with senior stakeholders in Purchasing, Logistics and Sales, and lead initiatives to optimise store product availability while managing

• Solid experience within Supply Chain Management, preferably with store replenishment planning
• Proven leadership experience or ability to step into a leadership role
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate strategy into execution
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of two specialists
• Set the strategic direction for Outbound Planning and align with supply chain goals
• Ensure optimal product availability across stores while balancing key KPIs
• Lead S&OP processes and collaborate with key stakeholders across functions
• Own store replenishment planning performance including service and stock levels
• Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and drive proactive actions
• Drive continuous improvement through optimization of processes, tools and data
• Collaborate across Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Sales and Commercial teams
• Lead and support transformation initiatives within store replenishment planning
