Job summary

JYSK is looking for an Outbound Planning Manager to lead store replenishment planning from our Aarhus head office. You will guide a two-person team, set the direction for Outbound Planning, and ensure plans translate into strong operational results across markets.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders in Purchasing, Logistics and Sales, balancing service levels and stock with end-to-end supply chain objectives in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably store replenishment planning or similar.
• Proven leadership experience or ability to step into a leadership role.
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with S&OP processes and supply chain optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset; English fluent, Danish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of specialists.
• Set strategic direction for Outbound Planning and ensure alignment with supply chain goals.
• Ensure optimal product availability across stores while balancing KPIs.
• Active role in S&OP processes and collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Own store replenishment planning performance including service levels and forecast alignment.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive proactive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and data.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Sales and Commercial teams.
• Lead and support transformation initiatives within store replenishment planning.
