Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking a Supply Chain Network Planning Manager in Esbjerg, Denmark. You will lead a team of Operational Network Planners, Site Schedulers, and Component Availability Planners across Esbjerg Dairy and Aarhus head office, driving sustainability, cost efficiency and customer service.

You will collaborate with production, logistics and sales, shape the end-to-end planning program, and contribute to a transformational journey through digitalization and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development and anchoring of a Performance, Service, Cost culture focused on sustainability, digital, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, empower and develop the team and organization according to annual people processes while ensuring collaboration across sites.
• Lead and build a healthy supply chain planning organization that enhances cost competitiveness and performance management for excellent service to customers.
• Set the direction, implement and embed new solutions to enable the realization of the E2E Planning Program.
• Collaborate closely with the Esbjerg Site Management Team and tactical planning teams across Europe.
