Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking a Supply Chain Network Planning Manager in Esbjerg, Denmark. You will lead a team of Operational Network Planners, Site Schedulers, and Component Availability Planners across Esbjerg Dairy and Aarhus head office, driving sustainability, cost efficiency and customer service.

You will collaborate with production, logistics and sales, shape the end-to-end planning program, and contribute to a transformational journey through digitalization and strong leadership.

• Lead and build a healthy supply chain planning organization that enhances cost competitiveness and performance management for excellent service to customers.
• Set the direction, implement and embed new solutions to enable the realization of the E2E Planning Program.
• Collaborate closely with the Esbjerg Site Management Team and tactical planning teams across Europe.

How you will make an impact?

As our new Supply Chain Network Planning Manager, you'll be pivotal in maintain high baseline levels and continuously develop and optimize a sustainable planning organization to ensuring customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

You will be part of the leadership team and be vital for our transformational journey, leveraging the organization and digitalization as driving forces whilst enabling cost-efficient operations - all for the future of Arla.

You will be leading a team of Operational Network Planners, Site Schedulers, and Component Availability Planners located at Esbjerg Dairy and head office in Aarhus, with a specific focus on Esbjerg.

Your task will include

• Take leadership in developing, driving, anchoring, and role modeling a Performance, Service, Cost culture while fostering the value creation mindset and enabling delivery on sustainability, digital, and continuous improvement agendas.
• Lead, coach, empower and develop the team and organization based on Good Values, Good Leadership Behaviors, and Good Growth DNA according to our annual people processes, while also ensuring team collaboration and a sense of belonging even though team members are placed at different sites.
• Lead and build a healthy supply chain planning organization that enhances cost competitiveness and performance management in the operational horizon, to provide excellent service to customers.
• Set the direction, implement and embed new solutions to enable the realization of the E2E Planning Program.
• Collaborate closely with the Esbjerg Site Management Team and Senior SC Planning Manager MY DK and tactical supply planning teams and share best practices with peers across Europe.

You may have management experience from site, production or supply chain planning. Ideally, you have experience in leading transformational changes with a focus on customer centricity, cost optimization and digitalization.
