Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Leader for the Amagertorv location in Copenhagen. You will support daily operations, drive sales and KPI performance, and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our brand standards.

You will manage stock, payroll, and rotas, coach staff, and act as a role model on the shop floor. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Track record of delivering KPIs, sales targets, and profit opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities.
• Drive daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance, run reports, and support action plans to improve results.
• Own store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team through training, feedback, and product knowledge.
• Act as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living brand values.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards.
• Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
