You will drive commercial performance, ensure exceptional client service, and uphold brand standards with a focus on operational excellence in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store/Department/Assistant Manager in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven results.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store team to meet sales and service targets.
• Drive KPIs and action plans to boost performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and client retention.
• Oversee staffing, stock, compliance and store operations.
• Maintain visual presentation and store standards.
