Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager for our Aarhus Brunns Galleri location. You will lead the store team, drive sales and profitability, while delivering an industry-leading customer experience and coaching staff to excel.

You will recruit, induct and train new colleagues, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies. Expect a busy environment with strong KPI focus and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT skills- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage store team to drive sales and maximize profitability.
• Train and develop staff and promote progression within the group.
• Lead in-store recruitment, inductions and staff training.
• Monitor KPIs via the store dashboard and drive targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
