Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Leader for the Amagertorv location in Copenhagen. You will support daily operations, drive sales and KPI performance, and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our brand standards.

You will manage stock, payroll, and rotas, coach staff, and act as a role model on the shop floor. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Track record of delivering KPIs, sales targets, and profit opportunities.

• Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities at Amagertorv

• Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks for the Amagertorv Store
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge
• Acting as a role model on the Amagertorv's shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
