Job summary

The North Face Copenhagen is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales. Based in Copenhagen, you will lead by example, coach sales associates, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve retail processes and merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory, P&L, and other retail operations.
• Report KPIs and store performance to improve results.
• Ensure the store aligns with brand visual guidelines and looks great.
