Responsibilities include driving profit and loss, mentoring staff, analyzing data to improve KPIs, and managing stock, payroll, rotas, and admin with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail store in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs and cost control.
• Ability to develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and employee relations.
• Strong operational knowledge of stock, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the store’s profit and loss by identifying and delivering commercial opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Lyngby store team.
• Analyze commercial data to drive performance and actions.
• Monitor store performance with regular updates to District Manager and action plans.
• Take responsibility for stock, payroll, rotas, and administrative processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members who embody the Levi’s brand.
• Build leadership bench through coaching and succession planning.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and ops.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embedding Levi’s culture and values.
