Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an EGSE Project Manager to lead the internal delivery of Electronics Ground Support Equipment for Space Systems projects. You will coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, and validation activities, ensuring timely deliveries to PCDU, RTU, and Star Trackers, while collaborating with electrical designers, manufacturing personnel, test engineers, and other project managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in electrical engineering or a similar relevant degree.
Experience with project management in a technical or engineering environment involving complex hardware systems.
Strong technical understanding and ability to navigate technical discussions without being a subject matter expert.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage the flow of the test systems roadmap and multiple projects of varying scope simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead internal delivery of EGSE to Terma Space Systems projects.
Plan and execute design, procurement, manufacturing, and validation of EGSE before delivery to PCDU/RTU/Star Trackers.
Ensure on-time delivery to enable test campaigns and final delivery milestones.
Coordinate multiple projects, balance priorities, and align ongoing activities.
Drive and maintain roadmaps for ongoing EGSE developments and delivery.
