Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, seeks an EGSE Project Manager to lead the internal delivery of Electronics Ground Support Equipment for Space Systems projects. You will coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing and validation to enable on-time EGSE delivery to PCDU, RTU and Star Tracker programs.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, has experience managing complex hardware projects, and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or similar technical degree.
• Experience with project management in technical engineering environments with complex hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal delivery of EGSE (Electronics Ground Support Equipment) for Space Systems projects.
• Plan and execute design, procurement, manufacturing and validation of EGSE before delivery to PCDU, RTU or Star Trackers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and coordinate multiple EGSE projects across ongoing activities.
• Drive and maintain project roadmaps for EGSE developments.
