Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure reliability and compliance across space projects. You will prevent defects, support on-time delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement as part of the global QHSE function.

You will join a dedicated QA team working with Space Systems, focusing on product quality plans, reviews, investigations, and reporting to customers, with opportunities for professional development in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in electronics or experience from the electronics industry.
• Experience working on international projects and in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in product quality assurance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create project-specific product quality assurance plans for space projects.
• Attend product design, manufacturing, and qualification reviews with internal teams and customers.
• Analyze product non-conformities, lead technical investigations, and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee and approve product qualification and testing activities.
• Participate in project review meetings with customers and report project quality to customers.
• Continuously improve quality documents and processes and mitigate risks in design, manufacturing, and supply chain.
