Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of multiple high-value space projects, ensuring all key objectives are met, from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with international clients to plan, negotiate, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, maintaining cost control and schedule adherence.
• Oversee contract negotiations, modifications, and compliance, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, including systems and software engineers, mechanical specialists, and manufacturing staff.
• Engage in some travel, up to 20 days annually, to maintain key relationships and oversee project sites.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex technical projects, preferably within aerospace, satellite, or related high-technology sectors.
• A background in systems, electronics, or software engineering, combined with a solid understanding of engineering processes.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and contractual obligations.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
