Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, seeks a Senior Integration Specialist to lead design, development and maintenance of integrations across on-prem and cloud interfaces. You will own the integration platform, enabling reliable data exchange between diverse systems and stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required; Danish is a plus. A degree in CS/IT/Software Eng and hands-on integration experience with middleware are expected, along with a focus on reliability and modernization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering or a similar field of study.
• Proven experience working with integration landscapes.
• Strong understanding of traditional integration patterns (batch processing, ETL, file transfer, message queues).
• Experience with middleware.
• Experience in environments with high stability and uptime requirements.
• Ability to balance operational reliability with modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of integrations across diverse on-prem systems.
• Own and govern the integration platform to ensure reliable, secure data exchange between applications and data sources.
• Identify opportunities to modernize integrations and reduce technical debt; oversee monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution; define best practices for legacy environments.
