Boeva Tech seeks a Solutions Consultant (Danish & English) to join our Sofia team. You will support users of popular products like Play Store, gPay, and Google services, handling billing and account management across phone, chat, and email channels.

Your Role at a Glance:

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor supporting users across popular products, including the Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting users with non-technical issues such as billing, account management, and digital purchases
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
