Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to shape the people agenda for its Industrial Refrigeration and Micro Channel Heat Exchangers units. Based in Denmark with 2-3 days on site in Kolding, you will partner with leaders to drive performance through people, organization, and culture.

You will influence leadership capability, workforce planning, and organizational development as a trusted advisor navigating change in a global HR community.

As Director, HR Business Partner at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping the people agenda for our Business Units Industrial Refrigeration and Micro Channel Heat Exchangers. Based out of Denmark and with 2-3 days/week on site in Kolding, you will partner closely with leaders to help drive business performance through people, organization, and culture. What You'll Be Doing
