Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance using dashboards and tools.
• Respond to incidents and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with service owners to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Maintain and optimize incident, change, problem, and request management.
• Support access management for core platforms with security and efficiency.
• Drive automation to reduce manual tasks and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to ITSM maturity, service catalogs, and governance.
• Participate in operational reporting and continuous improvement.
• Document procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
